Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items may be returned for size exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please remember that some items are made to order and delivery is expected within 15 business days.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
To request return authorization, you must send an email to ordini@miaso.it within a maximum of 4 days after delivery of the merchandise indicating the name of the person who placed the order, the items to be returned and the reason you are returning them.
Once the process is complete Miasō will send a confirmation email with instructions to follow to return the merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be shipped inside the Miasō box or package.
Remember that returns can only be shipped from the country in which you received the order. If you shipped from a different country, it will be held up in customs.

If you wish to stop an order, the same procedure applies as for purchase and for refund :
- Orders paid by Credit Card: the amount will be refunded and will be available in about 10 days. It will still be visible on the next card statement.
The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
- Orders paid for by Wire Transfer: the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.
Bank charges incurred by Miasō will be deducted from the amount of the disbursement.
MEASURE EXCHANGE
It is only possible to make an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, if available.
REFUND
Refunds will be made as soon as the return arrives at Miasō's office and after verifying the integrity of the items.
There are 2 types of offsets available:
Orders paid for by Credit Card: the amount will be refunded and will be available in approximately 10 days. It will still be visible on the next card statement.

Orders paid for by Wire Transfer: the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.

DEFECTIVE GOODS OR SHIPPING ERRORS
In the event that you have received defective goods, or shipping errors have occurred on the part of Miasō, please follow the same instructions as stated above. Miasō reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing a return for defective merchandise and to bear the cost of shipping the merchandise back to the company.
Miasō also reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or otherwise do not comply with all of the conditions set forth. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns will still result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall prevail.
