Shipping policy
Miasō uses Express Courier services for delivery of items.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the location of shipment. For shipments abroad, the cost is calculated according to the postal laws of the country of reference.
Shipping costs forReturns and Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
As required by trade rules, all miaso.it shipments are accompanied by an official invoice in digital format stating the value of individual items in Euros. Custom blouses are expected to be shipped within 15 working days after receipt of payment, which can be by bank transfer, credit card or via PayPal. Shipping of blazers, pants, sweaters and loafers is expected within 3 business days.
METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming your order. Then, after payment is accounted for, we will send you an email with the shipping code and tracking number.
Shipping costs: from € 10.
In case of Return or Exchange, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY
Items are usually delivered in Italy in 4 working days from the date of shipment (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

Approximate delivery 10-15 days (Saturdays and holidays excluded) in EU
Approximate delivery 10-25 days (Saturdays and holidays excluded) in the rest of the world

MADE TO MEASURE AND ORDERED ITEMS
Made-to-order and custom-made items require processing and delivery times estimated at 15 working days from confirmation of payment.
Longer lead times are required for deliveries abroad.
We are obliged to disclaim any responsibility for delays in delivery due to exceptional events not attributable to either Miasō or the carrier to whom the shipment is entrusted.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipments abroad, the purchaser assumes responsibility for ensuring that Miasō items are legally imported into the country of destination.
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties and taxes of the country of destination.
The recipient of an international shipment may incur the above fees, duties, and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Any additional customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders require a signature upon receipt
Make sure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address. Otherwise, if shipping by National Postal Service, you will be left with a card indicating the Post Office where the package with the goods you ordered lies.
INSURANCE
We insure every purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your purchase (such as a gift order), the person who signs the package acknowledges receipt and becomes responsible for the package.
TAXESAND DUTIES
Most countries ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all import-related taxes and duties will be included in the price of the product.
