The craquelé effect leather loafer recalls the typical manufacturing of ceramics and ancient paintings that create those small natural cracks over time.

The sole is in natural leather, a durable, hygienic as well as beautiful material. A non-slip rubber is injected into the leather of the sole which facilitates walking without losing aesthetics and a rubber half sole in the heel in order to increase waterproofing and sturdiness

A padded and breathable material is inserted between the lining and the sole. Finally, the lining and footbed are sewn to the upper creating a single body to improve comfort.

The very soft cowhide leather lining I chose in shades of light blue
